A home is the most significant thing anyone can buy. And yet most homes today are the product of a residential construction industry that has struggled to embrace innovation. That is why most families live in homes that are no better for them or the environment than homes built a century ago.
Our goal is to breathe new life into residential construction, insisting that new homes can and should be beautiful, durable, exceptionally livable, and good for the environment. And we are committed to making this a reality at scale.
We have developed an agile, product-driven approach to homebuilding that lets us streamline processes, eliminate waste, and drive efficiencies across the homebuilding lifecycle. Instead of building suboptimal one-off designs, we devote our team to perfecting a series of repeatable designs that are thoughtful and high-performance. As we grow, we believe this approach can accelerate our progress toward a sustainable future and leave an impact for generations to come.
